Will you have to drill my lock to get me in?
Almost never. In the vast majority of home lockouts, we get in using picking or bypass tools that leave your lock completely undamaged. Drilling is only used if the lock has a serious internal failure - and we'd explain the situation before doing anything.
What ID do I need to show?
A government-issued photo ID that matches the address. If your ID shows a different address (you just moved, for example), a utility bill, lease, or even a neighbor who can confirm you live there works too.
How long does it take once you arrive?
Most home lockouts take 5 to 15 minutes once we're at your door. High-security locks or unusual situations might take a bit longer, but we'll tell you what to expect before we start.
Can you open smart locks and keypad locks?
